  • You many cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 50% of scheduled service price.

  • You'll be asked to fill out a health history form to let me know about any current concerns and goals. You will then have the privacy to make yourself comfortable. After your session you may be offered a treatment plan for ongoing massage depending on your goals and needs.

  • It's not unusual to feel some soreness after a massage. This is due to the release of lactic acid in your muscles, but doesn't last long. You may also notice some discomfort during your massage depending on where we are working and technique. You can always ask your therapist for less pressure.

  • No! For some massage modalities you may be asked to take your clothes off only if you are comfortable. If you only want to undress to your underware thats fine. The therapist will leave the room while you undress and will provide sheets and blankets to cover you during the massage. Some styles of bodywork are preformed in comfortable clothing or sportsware such as Thai massage.

If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly via email or telephone.
