Service Description

Restorative Sound Healing Treatment:  This 75 minute session is a combination of breath work, sound healing utilizing tuning forks on and off the body, and deeply restorative massage promoting the clearing stagnant energy in the nervous system and supporting balance in in mind-body. Weighted tuning forks used on the body is a form of vibrational therapy and can reduce pain and inflammation in the body. Positively affect a variety of conditions: chronic stress and pain, chronic fatigue and sleep disorders, depression,  anxiety, and PTSD.
